You have just got one face after all ! you can't just put anything you see on the internet .

What are chemical peels ?

Chemical peels are intended to remove the top most layer of the skin .

It is a resurfacing procedure in which chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove top layers .

The skin which grows back after this procedure feels and looks more smoother , younger , glowing & softer .

Chemical peels are used to treat acne scares , wrinkles , pigmentation , skin discoloration etc .

Now mostly chemical peels is a treatment , which is given by dermatologist to their patients , to help with scarring and pigmentation issues.

But these days as everything is exposed on the internet and Youtube . So people are practicing these sever harsh treatments at home on there own , at the cost of their skin.

I'm not saying you shouldn't use skin care.

Ofcourse you should . But remember there's a reason you need a degree to be a doctor .

Don't try to be one , until & unless you have got a degree.

Great advice! Honest, far too many people overlook the importance of a patch test any time that we're trying a new product. You never know how your skin is going to react. I once had a nasty reaction to a hair dye, so I can imagine how a chemical peel could trigger issues!

I agree they can be done incorrectly which can lead to the problems you described. But, there are great kits out there with detailed instructions that if done correctly are safe and do a great job. Of course if I had the money I'd love a professional to do it. But I have liked my at home results.
