Why is sunscreen so important ?
Sunscreen protects the exposed skin on our body from the harmful rays of sun which is UVA and UVB .
These rays can cause wrinckles , aging , sunburn , spots and pigmentation ( means increase of the melanin in our skin which is responsible for dark spots ) .
It is recommended by dermatologists , to wear sunscreen even when you'r indoors .
Not only the sun rays damage the skin , but the lights coming form the screen of your laptop , PC and phone can also be damaging your skin .
Sunscreen also helps in protecting your skin while you are using your devices .

ReplyMissha essence sun milk or purito centella uncented spf 50 might suit you. But everyone has a different reaction to different sunscreens so I can't say any thing, you just need to do some more research for what kinna skin type you have .. Thankyou for comment ❤
